Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address, your project description, and, if you choose to provide them, your company and the applications involved. Please don't include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical information about each request, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time. We use it to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and may collect information such as your IP address and browser characteristics, and may use cookies or similar storage. It is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To read and respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't use your contact form information for advertising, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or resell your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

Who handles your information for us

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this website, stores contact form submissions, and delivers our notification email.
• Cloudflare provides Turnstile spam protection.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use similar storage as described above.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our business conversations. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.

Security

Contact form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled AWS storage bucket, and data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email sales@apigrate.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

International visitors

Our services are operated from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
